Totals per period
Every submission that reached the server, in order, exactly as sent (latest 1,000).

These are the inputs every client on this model logs each day. Rename, reorder, remove or add metrics. Removing a metric hides it from the client form and from any rate that needs it; numbers already logged are kept. Clients can add their own custom metrics on top of this.

Write each rate as a formula using the metric keys from the table above, numbers, + - * / and parentheses. Examples: ad_spend / leads (cost per lead), cash_collected - ad_spend (profit), leads / impressions * 1000 (leads per 1,000 impressions).
